Palestine Catalyst (MENA Catalyst) serves as Technical Partner to Business Women Forum – Palestine (BWF) on INSPIRE WOMEN – a GIZ-funded, 12-month programme supporting 40 growth-ready women-led MSMEs across the West Bank. Palestine Catalyst leads two core programme components: (2) Access to Growth Capital & Investment Opportunities and (4) Regional Business Events, Networking & Palestinian Diaspora Connection, while providing M&E and technical expertise across all activities.
Palestine Catalyst is seeking a 12-month Project Coordinator based in Ramallah to support day-to-day implementation of its programme components, stakeholder engagement, and reporting obligations. The role requires strong English and Arabic fluency, a proactive mindset, and the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder activities across the West Bank and the region.

Activity 2 – Growth Capital Facilitation
- Coordinate outreach to 3–5 commercial banks and financial institutions to establish preferential lending partnerships
- Support individual coaching sessions for up to 15 MSMEs on bankable business plan development
- Organise a matchmaking event connecting MSMEs with angel investors, financial institutions, and gender-lens funds
- Assist MSMEs with loan application preparation and follow-up negotiations
- Support policy dialogue and advocacy with financial regulators on gender-specific lending barriers
Activity 4 – Regional Events & Diaspora Networking
- Coordinate logistics for sponsored participation of 12 beneficiaries in regional events in Jordan and the UAE (8 days)
- Facilitate networking sessions connecting MSMEs with Palestinian diaspora investors and business leaders
- Organise pre- and post-event preparation sessions (pitching, B2B meetings, partnership follow-up)
- Coordinate at least 1 virtual diaspora networking event for participating MSMEs

M&E and Reporting
- Track and document programme KPIs: financing plans developed, digital tools adopted, capital secured, partnerships formed
- Prepare quarterly progress reports and narrative updates aligned with GIZ output indicators
- Maintain M&E tracking tools, case studies, and gender-disaggregated data
- Contribute to the final pilot evaluation and scale-up recommendations for Phase II
Stakeholder & Programme Coordination
- Maintain strong working relationships with BWF-Palestine, GIZ, beneficiaries, and partner institutions
- Support programme communications under the INSPIRE WOMEN brand including social media content and visibility materials
- Coordinate field visits, advisory sessions, and peer learning roundtables
- Provide administrative and logistical support for workshops, training sessions, and programme events

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Development, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination, development programmes, or SME support
- Experience working with financial institutions, investors, or women’s economic empowerment initiatives is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential

- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management/M&E tools
- Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours as required by programme activities
